Jowar Barfi

Ingredients: EatMillet Jowar flour – 100 g, Besan  – 100 g, Condensed Milk –350 g, Ghee  – 150 g, Dry Fruits –50 g, Ilachi powder –10 g, Sugar Powder –50 g, Milk -1 tbsp

Procedure:

  • Mix EatMillet Jowar flour & Besan 
  • Add 1 tsp ghee or 1 tbsp milk &Sieve this flour
  • Heat Ghee in pan & add flour and fry nicely till done.
  • Add condensed milk & sugar & Ilachi powder & keep stirring.
  • When done pour in greased plate & wait for setting & cut into pieces before cool.
