Ingredients: EatMillet Ragi flour 100 , Potatoes 8, Eggs 4 , Salt -to taste, Red chilli powder 20 g,Green chilies 12 g, Turmeric 4 g, Pepper 8 g, Garam masala 3 g, Onion 1, Curry leaves,Coriander leaves
Making process:
- Grate potatoes & keep in cool water for 5 mins.
- Squeeze & grated potatoes add eggs, EatMillet Ragi flour, onion, green chilies, chili powder,garam masala, salt, curry leaves & coriander leaves 7 mix well.
- Heat pan and put 1 tsp oil & pour the above mixture like small tikki & shallow fry.
- Serve with tomato sauce & chutney.
