Ragi Balushahi

Ingredients: EatMIllet Ragi Flour 25 g, Maida 25 g, Ghee 2 tbsp, Curd 50 g, Baking Powder 1 tsp, Sugar 100 g, Elachi Powder 1 g, Soda 1 g

Making process:

  • Mix all flours, curd, soda, salt, ghee & baking powder.
  • Mix properly & keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Make sugar syrup (Thick).
  • Make balls with the dough pressing between two hands. 
  • Deep Fry, toss in sugar syrup & keep aside.
