Millet Laddu

Ingredients: EatMillet Jowar flour 250g, EatMillet Ragi flour 250g, Foxtail flour 250 g, Jaggery 500g, Vanaspati 100g, Ghee 200g, Dates 50g, Raisins 50g, Cardamom powder 5g.

Making process: 

  • Take ghee in a deep saucepan and heat. Add EatMillet Jowar flour,  EatMillet Ragi flour and Foxtail flour and roast on a low flame by stirring continuously.
  • When the flour turns light brown add jaggery. Stir for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside cool for some   time. 
  • Add cardamom powder, fried dates and raisins. Add ghee and Mix well.
  • Grease  hands with milk and shape the mixture in laddoos.
