Jowar Namak Para

Ingredients: EatMillet Jowar flour -50g,  Wheat flour-50g, soda- 2g, ajwain-3g,  ghee-3g, salt- To taste


  • Mix all the above ingredients and make dough (like chapatti dough)
  • Roll into chapatti and cut into diamond shapes.
  • Deep fry till golden colour
  • Serve like snacks with tea.
