Ingredients: EatMillet Ragi Idli Rava.
Making process:
- Recommended 1 cups of Urad dal for 2 cups of EatMillet Ragi Idli Rava
- Soak 1 cup of urad dal for 8 to 10 Hrs & 2 cups of EatMillet Ragi Idli Rava
- Grind Soaked urad dal to fine batter and add EatMillet Ragi Idli Rava to that batter
- Ferment the batter overnight
- Add salt and pour batter into idli moulds to prepare soft and fluffy idli’s
