Kodo Millet Idli

Ingredients:   EatMillet Kodo Millet Idli Rava

Making process:

  • Recommended 1 cups of Urad dal for 2 cups of EatMillet Kodo Millet Idli Rava
  • Soak 1 cup of urad dal for 8 to 10 Hrs & 2 cups of EatMillet Kodo Millet Idli Rava
  • Grind Soaked urad dal to fine batter and add EatMillet Kodo Millet Idli Rava to that batter  
  • Ferment the batter overnight 
  • Add salt and pour batter into idli moulds to prepare soft and fluffy idli’s
