Kodo Millet Dosa

Ingredients: EatMillet Kodo Millet Upma Rava (2 cups), Urad dal (1 Cup), Brown rice (¼ cup), Toor dal (2 Tsp), Methi (1 Tsp)

Making process:

  • Mix all the Ingredients and soak for 4 Hours  
  • Grind the ingredients into fine paste by adding required water
  • Ferment the batter for 5 to 6 hours
  • Add salt before making your favourite crispy dosa’s
